Hello, my name is

Katherine “Katie” Morse. 

I am an artist and photographer based in the Golden Isles of Georgia, though my roots are in Virginia.  Since I can remember I have been drawing and painting.  When I reached high school, I took up a camera and I have never put it down.  When I went to Sweet Briar College, I took a course in art that allowed me to integrate painting, drawing and photography called mixed media. 

I create one of a kind works of art.  The world is full of little moments that I capture.  My work in the end, I hope, is inspirational.  Have fun and look around.  E-mail me your thoughts and questions.  On occasion I can be found doing local art shows and festivals.

 My note cards are for sale at Daddy Cates Coffees in Brunswick, GA off Gloucester Street, Whittles Gift Shop on Jekyll Island at the Beachview Shops off Beachview Drive, and  Jekyll Island History Center in the historic district off Stable Road, Jekyll Island.  

Original prints and works of art can be purchased at the Goodyear Cottage Art Gallery in the historic district on Jekyll Island off Riverview Drive.
